Do you offer Refunds, Return and Exchange?
Due to the nature of our business, we only provide refunds in the form of store credit.
This means that the value of your returned item will be credited to your account with us, allowing you the flexibility to shop for any products available in our store. Please note that store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire. To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is in its original condition, including packaging and tags, and contact our customer service team within the designated return period.
Refund is not allowed.
Store credit can be used in the form of a promo code as well as allocated for a user on checkout.
Every item comes with an authentication label tag or sticker attached by Youbetterfly fulfilment team (depending on its nature and the package), if removed, the item cannot be returned.
For international orders, all sales are final except in cases where there is a fulfilment error by youbetterfly.com.
All promotional items are FINAL SALE.
All used items are Final Sale.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within two (2) hours of the order being placed within our business hours*. Cancellation requests made after two (2) hours of order placement must follow our normal returns procedure.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
If a cancellation request is submitted while an order is being fulfilled at our warehouse, then the request will be declined.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused in this case, but it really hurts an operation when an order that is being fulfilled is cancelled. We hope you feel us!
